The University of Evansville Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) has two openings for 经济援助顾问 positions.

Qualified candidates will have earned a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience; financial aid experience is preferred. Applicants must be able to provide exceptional customer service, as SFS team members work directly with students, 家庭, and the entire campus community. This position requires the capability to work both independently and collaboratively, while demonstrating excellent written, 口头, 人际关系, and organizational skills along with a keen attention to detail. The SFS team serves our students and campus community by helping navigate billing and financial aid processes and questions. 经济援助顾问s are required to implement University policies and adhere to federal and 状态 regulations. The administration of financial aid includes use of multiple federal, 状态, internal and external platforms. Additionally, counselors utilize Office Suite daily. Candidates should possess the ability to present a calm demeanor while assisting 家庭 through the financial aid process.
 

Position 1: Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide information to prospective and current students and their 家庭 in person and online regarding financial aid eligibility and renewal requirements
• Man年龄 institutional endowed scholarships which includes annual reconciliation
• Co-man年龄 State Grant funding
• Process receipt of Free Application of Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA)
• Review and monitor aid eligibility/renewal of institutional scholarship programs
• Other duties as assigned

Position 2: Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide information to prospective and current students and their 家庭 in person and online regarding financial aid eligibility and renewal requirements
• Co-man年龄 Athletic financial aid administration
• Co-man年龄 Federal Work-Study Program
• Co-man年龄 State Grant funding
• Process receipt of Free Application of Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA)
• Review and monitor aid eligibility/renewal of institutional scholarship programs
• Other duties as assigned
